About Us

Absolutely Organized was founded in 2003 to provide
professional organizing services that would help people feel great
in their space.  For some, getting your space organized seems a
daunting and overwhelming task -- our mission is to help people
develop a plan that works for them, establish systems to live by
and have fun along the way.

Lori Spies - Founder and President
Lori holds a B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services from
Mankato State University and a M.S. in Education from the
University of Wisconsin, River Falls.  She has gained 20+ years of
organizing experience through various positions held in
non-profit organizations, athletic facilities and municipal parks and
recreation departments.  She has extensive experience in office
management, implementation of new programs and working with
seniors, teens, tots and busy moms. After years of helping
friends and family become more organized she decided to turn
pro and founded Absolutely Organized in 2003.  Her love of
people and innate organizing abilities have made this endeavor a
success.  Lori is a member of NAPO and frequent speaker for
private and non-profit organizations.

Julie Inman - Organizing Consultant
Julie holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State
University and is a project manager for a global engineering firm.
Julie is a part-time organizing consultant for Absolutely Organized
and provides the behind-the-scenes technical support.  A
member of the Project Management Institute and registered
Professional Engineer, Julie supports large project efforts and
brings a corporate perspective to home and small office
organization.
“As a kid I would empty the
kitchen junk drawer on the
floor in the middle of the room
and start grouping things
together so it would be neat
and organized.  Often this
would be interrupted by a
serious game of kickball.  Off I
would run, contents of the
drawer still on the floor.  Life
was good.  At the age of six,
this was life as I knew it.  
Today, things haven’t
changed much,  although now
I find a home for everything. “
